Knitting - Fashion & Culture
Fabric knitting is done in-house. Our fabrics are checked for GSM, loop-length, knitting defects. Fabric structures include single jersey, honeycomb, twill, 2-thread & 3-thread fleece, airtex (pique), thermal and french terry. The four track machine (for self-design or mini jacquard) and rib machine (single/double) meet the other special knitting requirements of the buyers.

Processing - Fabrics to Perfection
We have state-of-the-art technology to impart colour fastness to processed fabric. In compliance with the international norms, the dye house uses only azo-free dyes. The largely automated processing unit serves to achieve batch-to-batch consistency in shade, evenness excellent feel and acceptable shrinkage properties. Use of special customized washing procedures like enzyme wash, stone wash and bio-polishing give effects to the fabric.

Sewing - Quality with Comfort
The two units are equipped with a range of sewing machines like overlock, flatlock, single needle machine, rib cutting machine, button hole machine and button stitching machine. Machines are equipped with advanced features like thread trimmers, fabric trimmers and feed dogs to deliver higher productivity with minimal labour.

Embroidery - Fusing Colours With Design
The embroidery unit is equipped to deliver a colorful range of patterns and designs. We offer simple to intricate designs which add richness and elegance to the garments. A combination of geometric designs, floral motifs and embroidered beadwork are our specialty. Embroidery is supplemented by delicate sequins and beadswork. And well experienced embroidery digitizing team having own itself.
