Cutting Department is equipped with latest band knife and Straight knife cutting machine with expericenced cutting masters and layplan Technicians. We are highly experienced in handling various types of intricate fabrics.

02. Sewing

Our sewing department is fully equipped with latest sewing machines from the likes of JUKI, YAMATO, SIRUBA. They all are direct driven motors and automatic thread triming facility which helps us improve quality and be efficent. Our sewing technicans help us to achieve the optimum efficency and productivity. Our tailors are given constant training & support to help them upgrade their skills and become multi speciality skilled workers.

03. Quality Check

The Quality Control Department is supported by trained inspectors who check garments at every stage of production. Strict quality checks are followed to ensure flawless workmanship and compliance with buyer requirements.

04. Ironing

The Ironing Department is equipped with advanced steam ironing tables and finishing equipment, handled by skilled operators. This ensures wrinkle-free garments with a neat and premium finish.

05. Finishing

Our Finishing Department is managed by experienced professionals who ensure accurate trimming, thread cleaning, and final touches. Every garment is carefully prepared to meet quality standards before inspection.

06. Despatch

The Dispatch Department is well-organized with efficient handling and systematic processes managed by experienced staff. Garments are carefully checked, packed, and dispatched to ensure quality, proper presentation, and safe delivery to customers
